W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a full-time Loader Operator for our aggregate sites. This role is responsible for operating loaders to transport aggregate or other materials, load semis, and/or stock pile aggregates.DutiesOperate loaders to load and transport various materials such as sand, gravel, or rocksMaintain and operate the loader in a secure and effective mannerAdhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.Ensure that materials are loaded safely and efficiently, and that production goals are metPerform pre and post operational inspections on loader and report any issuesAbility to construct ramps and stockpilesEffectively operate loader controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material,



etcComplete all necessary paperworkQualificationsMinimum 1-2 years of experience as a Loader Operator.Experience in routine equipment maintenance.Effective verbal and written communication.Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.Valid drivers license (Class 3A) and a clean driving recordAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.Excellent time management skills.Scheduling flexibility as overtime and out of town is neededAt W.F.
