Standard Dodge is looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced and interactive workspace!As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the parts department and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to local body shops. This position requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.Job Duties:Receive, organize, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing partsAssist in tracking and managing inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstockCommunicate with Parts Manager regarding inventory needsProcess parts orders for internal departments and external customersVerify order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillmentAssist in returns and warranty processesEfficiently deliver parts to the body shop in a timely mannerProvide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customersAssist customers in identifying and ordering the correct partsHandle customer inquiries, issues, and returns with professionalismHandle technician parts needs in a timely mannerEnsure proper parts handling to book in service repair orders that require a part (or a part on order)Necessary Skills and Abilities:Superior communication skills (verbal and written)Superior organizational skillsAbility to work closely interdepartmentallyKnowledge of automotive parts and accessoriesExhibit excellent Customer ServicePositive attitudeValid drivers licenseAbility to multitaskEducation / Experience:High school diplomaParts department experience is a valuable asset
