Welcome customers and understand their needs Open repair orders Follow up with technicians Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs Explain recommended repairs and maintenance Provide clear and professional follow-up from start to finish Work closely with the service team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar position Strong knowledge of the automotive industry Comfortable working with customers Excellent communication and follow-up skills Robust organizational and prioritization skills Autonomous and resourceful Team player Valid Class 5 driver's licence WHAT WE OFFER
