Where : Mt-MilliganMine (McLeod Lake) What : Contract positions Rotation : 2 weeks contract: September 23rd to October 2nd. Shift : 10 hours per day – (may change upon the occupation of the site) Hourly wage : $22.00/hour

Fly in/fly out: Flights are covered.

As a Housekeeper Attendant you will:





The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operationsensuring cleanliness standards, quality control, and team performance are consistently maintained. This role coordinates housekeeping staff, provides training and support, monitors schedules and compliance, conducts virtual audits, and addresses operational issues to ensure an exceptional guest or client experience. The Housekeeping Lead serves as the primary point of contact for housekeeping teams, promotes safety and efficiency, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

What You Bring

A sense of adventure and readiness to live and work in a remote setting

One year of experience preferred

A team-first attitude andstrong communicationskills

Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing forlong periods)

Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion

Ability to use tools and equipment and to perform the physical aspects of the job

Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, willing to go beyond the basics

Ability to work under supervision and follow standard procedures, and compliance with all health and safety standards
