SummaryThis role is open to candidates across North America (US and Canada, excluding Quebec). If you are located near one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto) you will be expected to work in the office at least twice per week on designated Anchor Days.ResponsibilitiesLead Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy and vision across the full product suite, defining framework, metrics, and roadmap for growth through the product.Build and lead multiple squads focused on acquisition, activation, onboarding, and expansion.Own the end-to-end growth loop—from first touch through activation and expansion—identifying highest-leverage investment opportunities.Create an experimentation culture, building a quick-moving test‑and‑learn engine that the organization can rally around.Apply AI-enabled growth, actively identifying and deploying AI tools to accelerate team output and company experiments.Own Clio's Billing System (CBS), the internal system for pricing, quoting, packaging, and charging customers.Lead the existing product team (current 2 Senior PMs, 3 open roles) and manage roadmap, health, and evolution of PLG and CBS.Stakeholder management across sales, finance, marketing, GTM, and product: set priorities, communicate trade‑offs, and hold the line.Partner with the GTM Monetization team to ensure CBS enables pricing and packaging strategy.Make decisive decisions under pressure, advocating a clear point of view across senior stakeholders.Align closely with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and data—to synchronize PLG and CBS.Report directly to the VP of Product and contribute to portfolio‑level growth and monetization strategy.Ensure tooling and instrumentation provide data, telemetry,



and metrics for confident decision‑making.QualificationsHave taken a B2B SaaS company from sales‑led to product‑led, or built significant PLG capability inside a sales‑first organization.Strong stakeholder manager able to listen, synthesize, prioritize, and communicate decisions while maintaining trust.Decisive, builds consensus when needed, and champions evidence‑based decisions.Hands‑on product leader: reviews experiments, pushes trade‑offs, and works alongside the team.Technical background sufficient to own and make decisions about a complex billing or commerce system.Proven ability to integrate AI into product work, run experiments, synthesize data, and accelerate outcomes.Minimum Qualifications10+ years product growth or product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.Experience building and scaling PLG across a multi‑product portfolio.Experience leading high‑performing, cross‑functional product teams.Deep fluency in growth metrics: activation rates, time‑to‑value, expansion revenue, NRR, PQLs, and tracking systems.Background moving a sales‑led organization toward a product‑led model.Technical ability to own a complex product system with broad business dependencies.Proven skill managing high‑volume,
