We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment for the position of Part-Time Client Service Coordinator.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting client service operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring excellent service delivery for both clients and staff. This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs. The successful candidate will work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as business needs require. All shifts are in-office, and reliable transportation is required.Primary Responsibilities:Communicate: Professionally engage with patients, families, staff, and funder organizationsProcess: Quickly handle funder referrals and updates in the EMR (Procura)Review: Collaborate with Supervisors, field employees and patients to assess service needsSchedule: Assign care providers based on client needs, geographic area,
