The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation.ResponsibilitiesOur customer service agents are responsible for creating a safe and stress-free experience for travelers as they begin and end their journeys:Helping passengers check-inSupporting self-serve kiosksPreparing aircraft for on-time departuresFacilitating deplaning and boarding of passengersGreeting passengers who are arriving from flightsFollowing airline specific check-in policies and proceduresPositively work airline crewKindly enforce airline and airport policies and procedures to passengersAnd more!QualificationsYou are a true customer service champion with a minimum of two years' in a customer-facing roleYou bring a proven track record of punctuality and reliability and understand that performing on time is a cornerstone of airline serviceYou love to multi-task and are comfortable in a fast-paced where time pressures are a way of lifeYou are a great communicator in both individual and group settings and have a demonstrated proficiency with computers and software.Completion or working towards completion of Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing or Business DiplomaPrevious airport experience would be considered an assetFlexible availability to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidaysAn ability to meet all conditions of employment:Restricted Area pass issued by Transport CanadaA criminal background checkHold a valid driver's license with a clean driver'sabstract
