Week nights (weekend flexibility required) Required to work Statutory Holidays.DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Support individuals to live with dignity, in line with the values and ethics of Community Living CambridgeTo uphold confidentiality of all individualsTo provide personal care support to residents during the night and morning routine.Provide morning care, assist with personal hygiene, feeing and dressing. To dispense medications, record attendance and fire check. Transport clients to day programs in the morningHealth and Safety Representative for homeCarry out resident programs and other duties as outlined in the job descriptionFORMAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDSensitivity to and understanding of the needs and rights of person with developmental disabilitiesPrevious experience working with people who have disabilities and behavioural issues will be an assetTeamwork,
