About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Mobile Developer with expertise in both iOS and Android development to join their innovative product team. This is a fully remote position, empowering you to contribute to cutting-edge mobile applications from anywhere within South Africa. You will lead the mobile development effort, mentor junior developers, and oversee the architecture and implementation of high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a passion for mobile technology, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of native iOS and Android applications. Architect robust and scalable mobile solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience. Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering best practices and high code quality. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers,



and backend engineers to define features and deliver exceptional products. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and implement them where appropriate. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of professional mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android). Demonstrated experience leading mobile development teams or projects. Expertise in Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android. Robust understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, RESTful APIs, and mobile architecture patterns. Benefits
