Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.28Job Duties Include:Consistently offer qualified, engaging, and friendly serviceEnsure the hotel property is clean, safe, and free of rubbish at all timesDaily planning, assigning, and follow up of colleague tasksPlanning and execution of seasonal projects and programs such as holiday decorations, gardening/plant health maintenance, season changeover, snow removal, ice rink creation, turf maintenance, irrigation, sodding, tree removal, etc.Training colleagues on tools, equipment, and proceduresMentoring, coaching, and performance management of colleaguesEnhance property through various projectsLabor intensive work in the form of shoveling, chipping, digging, lifting, carrying, etc. with a strong attention to detailOperation of equipmentOther duties as assignedYour Skills & Qualifications:Must have a Class 5 Driver's License and Driver's Abstract in good standingMust have previous landscaping and snow removal experienceMust have experience operating large vehicles, skid steer,
