The Maintenance Worker is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of The Key First Nations facilities, buildings, grounds, equipment, and community infrastructure. The role ensures that community-owned assets remain safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained for employees, residents, and visitors.
The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of duties including preventative maintenance, minor repairs, groundskeeping, snow removal, facility inspections, and general labor tasks.
The position works collaboratively with community departments, contractors, and service providers to support the productive operation of community facilities and services. This role contributes to the overall well-being of the community by helping maintain safe, welcoming, and operational environments for community members.
