The Director, Change Enablement at Manulife in Toronto leads transformation programs and coaches teams to adopt new processes, tools, and culture. You will partner with ELT/GLT to accelerate a change-adaptive mindset and drive adoption of strategic initiatives across a global CoE. Requires 5–7 years in change enablement, solid stakeholder management and analytical skills, and experience delivering large-scale programs. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available, with travel as needed.
