In this essential position, you will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies targeting sustainable revenue generation. Collaborating with MNO leadership, you will align initiatives with the cultural and community needs of the Métis Peoples. Your impactful role will help secure funding through diverse streams including grants and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute fundraising strategies that resonate with MNOCC
• Research and cultivate relationships with potential donors
• Manage grant submissions and compliance activities




• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and appeals
• Analyze event performance and provide financial insights
Requirements:
• College Diploma in non-profit management or similar fields
• 3-5 years of proven fundraising experience
• Solid communication and strategic planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with compliance in fundraising initiatives
