This position will participate with the safety team to ensure safety program is appropriate, current and implemented to reduce the risk of injury to everybody on site and provide health and safety technical expertise to various departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of the daily incident/injury reportCoordinate the Weekly Safety Report and management of leading indicators program (JSOs, PTOS, Safety Tours, CCVs, etc.)Support incident investigation at both levels (Loss Causation and ICAM) across all departmentsDevelopment of the monthly Crew PresentationSupport security function at site, ensuring access is controlled according to existing processDocument control tasks, including quality review and process managementSupport the operation through planned Pre-Work HSEC reviews and ad-hoc JSA developmentConduct targeted spot audits/field checks in the workplace (surface and UG), as directedPerformance of assigned Critical Control VerificationsAct as a subject matter expert on the OHSA, Reg 854,
