SummaryReporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department.ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the managerDelegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper executionFoster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processesEnsure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the managerPerform administrative tasks related to their assigned departmentProvide legendary customer service by identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and making product recommendations based off this analysisPromote company programs to team members and customersMaintain visual presentation standards including in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as neededRespond to and resolve customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scopeAssist in other areas of the store when business needs dictateQualificationsTwo or more years of supervisory experience in a sales or service environment is preferredOpen availability - this position will be required to work store opening and closing shifts,
