The Jr. Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales activity and managing customer relationships within an assigned portion of a defined territory across the HORECA and OCS channels. This role contributes to business development, account management, and customer experience through direct engagement with prospects and customers while collaborating with Territory Managers and internal teams to support overall territory growth.ResponsibilitiesPresent, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers within the assigned territory segmentManage a defined group of accounts, ensuring strong execution, engagement, and customer experienceProspect and prepare for customer outreach, including research, call planning,



and activity coordinationQualify and progress new business opportunities within the assigned territory scopeConnect with customer contacts and build relationships with key decision-makersSupport closing activities in collaboration with Territory Managers and leadershipPrepare and deliver customer presentations and product demonstrationsRespond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and skilled mannerMonitor assigned accounts to ensure services align with customer expectations and requirementsIdentify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within managed accountsMaintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity trackingParticipate in pipeline reviews, territory discussions, and planning conversationsWork closely with Management and internal teams to support territory execution and objectivesQualificationsExperience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing environmentStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM toolsPositive, collaborative approach and strong work ethic
