Contribute to meeting the departmental/corporate quality metrics, regulatory compliance and quality indicatorsWhat YOU bring to the role:You are CSMLS or BCSLS certified and/or a graduate of an MLA program accredited by BCSLS or equivalent awarding body (Canadian)Applicants with a Bachelor degree in a related scientific discipline or nursing, or international MLA or MLT qualification, AND a minimum of 1 year patient-facing phlebotomy experience may also be consideredYou are customer-focused with a genuine care for patient's healthDemonstrate skill in phlebotomy, with the ability to manage anxious patients through the sample obtaining process in a pleasant,
