About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized Remote Delivery Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize delivery processes from a distance, supporting their operations in the Northern Cape . This fully remote position requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely deliveries. You will be responsible for monitoring shipments, resolving logistical issues remotely, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the delivery network. Coordinate and track all deliveries, ensuring they meet scheduled timelines and service level agreements. Act as a primary point of remote contact for drivers, providing support and dispatch information. Proactively identify and resolve delivery disruptions, such as delays, routing issues, or access problems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery status, customer feedback, and operational data. Communicate effectively with sales, customer service,



and warehouse teams regarding delivery operations. Analyze delivery performance data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination is essential. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically under pressure. Excellent remote communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
