and preparing offer letters for successful candidatesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to source candidates with specific skill setsContribute to the execution of recruitment initiatives, such as hiring days, career fairs, and targeted advertising through social media, to expand the candidate poolOversee job postings on both external and internal Careers PagesTrack and report on recruitment activities, providing updates to senior management for reviewCollaborate with the management team to ensure recruitment processes and initiatives are developed, communicated, and effectively implementedSupport business needs from an organizational effectiveness perspective, aiding recruitment strategiesCreate and maintain various recruitment reportsBuild solid relationships and communicate regularly with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure compliance with recruiting processes and proceduresOversee recruitment budget planning and tracking, delivering regular analysis and insights to senior leadershipProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment strategies and plansPerform additional duties as assigned that are not captured in this position descriptionQualifications:Post-secondary degree in Human Resources is required2-5 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience is preferredAdministrative experience is requiredApplicant Tracking knowledge and skillsSolid understanding and ability to source candidates using tools like LinkedIn and IndeedExperience managing a large region and multiple managers or stakeholdersIntermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)At Lordco Auto Parts, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
