This role leads team success by providing coaching, training, support,
and motivation while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily Bulk Packaging operations on the night shiftEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and production standardsCoordinate staffing, workflow priorities, and resource allocationCoach, develop, and support team members to achieve performance objectivesEnsure employees receive appropriate training and ongoing developmentMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to achieve department goalsSupport and maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)QualificationsRequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain managementMinimum 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experienceMinimum 1 year of night shift work experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employeesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentPreferredKnowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiativesExperience working in a manufacturing or food/pharmaceutical production environment
