As an Master Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repaire of electrical systems and equipment across various construction projects.ResponsibilitiesPull electrical permits through the Electrical Safety Authority in Ontario for work being performed by Site RGEnsure electrical installations comply with the Electrical Safety Code while performing electrical installationsOversee work conducted by Site RG electrical division to ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulationsIdentify, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults or malfunctions in machinery, equipment, and wiring systemsPerform routine inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standardsCollaborate with site supervisors and other trades to coordinate electrical installations, upgrades, and repairsFollow and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a protected work environment for all team members and compliance with electrical safety standardsCoordinate and/or carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of electrical systems and equipmentMentor and/or use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and care of all tools and resourcesRequirements5 years of experience working as an electrician, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systemsMust hold a valid Master Electrician (ME) LicenceProficiency in using electrical testing equipmentAbility to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics,
