Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and professionally trained Montessori Toddler Guide to be part of our early childhood education team.The ideal candidate will possess Montessori accreditation (AMI or MACTE) and preferably be registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE) in Ontario (or an equivalent provincial body). Although holding the RECE designation is an asset and not mandatory, this role is vital in fostering a nurturing, responsive, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers aged 1.5-2.5 years, following the Montessori method and current Canadian early years standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an engaging curriculum for toddlers, addressing their physical and intellectual needs to promote healthy development.Assess students regularly and create individualized learning plans for each child.Conduct formal and informal parent-teacher meetings to communicate student progress.Ensure health, safety,
