profitable manner; Prepare warranty workorders for Warranty Administrator when required; Provide backup support for payroll when required; Maintain regular communication with customers regarding ongoing changes, delays, or additional work needed.Background ProfilePrevious mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset; An ideal candidate would possess mechanical experience, extensive customer service skills excellent communication skills both oral and written; Strong administrative and computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel); Exceptional attention to detail; Must be able tolift 50 pounds or less occasionally; Must be comfortable walking, sitting, climbing stairs, etc. while performing duties; Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested; Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
