StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Position :Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Type :In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location : 325 Washmill Lake Dr, Halifax NS B3S 0J7

Pay : Starting from $48,000 annually

What You Will Do:

- Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
- Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

What You Bring :

- Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational,



and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
- CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
