Black & McDonald's Facilities, Management & Operations team is growing! The position typically reports directly to the Facility Supervisor. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Carry out the day-to-day execution of operations and monitoring programs to ensure uninterrupted tenant operations and that asset integrity is maintained either directly or via building automation systemsMaintain comfort levels to building environment through the computerized building automation system or manual systemsMonitor the Building Automation Systems (BAS) and respond to alarms and system notifications. Trouble shoot, analyze and determine the root cause of equipment and building problemsDevelop and implement control procedures to operate systems to increase efficiency of building operationsPerform shift tours, record and log equipment status, temperatures and pressures, utilities, etc.Conduct weekly generator inspection and generator run upsPerform routine inspection, preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment as requiredReceive tenant service requests, action those within your expertise, and dispatch all others to the appropriate personnel,
