Overview Accountable for providing qualified representation of Konica Minolta Products, Services & Solutions to prospective and existing customers specific to the Shared Service Canada WTD Printing Products National Master Standing Offer. The role will assist with the activities required to support the compliancy and deliverables as outlined in the contract terms and conditions as well as meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. The position will support clients through phone, e‑mail, and portal activities each day assisting with the administration and support of the WTD contract. Responsibilities Support all incoming inquiries and requests from departments and agencies who utilize the WTD NMSO Contract.



Provide customized price quotes to Government of Canada departments and agencies following the structure of the NMSO catalogue pricing model. Responsible for vetting all incoming NMSO orders to ensure accuracy of data. Collaborate with administrative team to process orders. Track and report order progress through to final deployment. Maintain contact with current customers to ensure client satisfaction as well as identify potential opportunities and upgrades. Notify appropriate KM resources of the opportunities. Effectively manage and develop relationships with various lead sources. Create and prioritize strategic target
