We are seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst specializing in Warehousing to play a key role in the evolution and support of our D365 Finance & Operations environment.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and transform business requirements into effective D365 F&O; solutions. You will perform fit-gap analyses, design functional solutions, configure system functionality, and support the delivery of scalable business processes across customer service, sales operations, logistics, and warehousing.

You will collaborate closely with business users, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, user training, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional and operational requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for reports, integrations, data conversions, extensions, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize system functionality.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders and project teams.

Dynamics 365 F&O; Configuration & Implementation

- Configure D365 F&O; modules to support business requirements and operational processes.




- Participate in all phases of full-cycle D365 F&O; implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and demonstrating configured functionality.
- Ensure successful integration between D365 F&O; and related business applications.

Testing & User Adoption

- Develop and execute system testing strategies, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and validation of business requirements.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and system documentation.
- Gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvements.

Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests.
- Maintain current knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, releases, and best practices.
- Partner with business users to drive continuous process and system improvements.

Customer Service & Warehousing Configuration

- Configure warehouse structures including locations, zones, aisles, work templates, mobile device menus, and cycle counting processes.
- Configure inbound and outbound logistics and transportation processes.
- Support sales order processing,



delivery scheduling, picking, packing, shipping, and credit management.
- Maintain customer master data, including accounts, addresses, and credit limits.
- Configure pricing structures, discounts, trade agreements, and customer-specific pricing models.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, configuration, or support.
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O; Warehousing, Customer Service, or related supply chain modules.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering methodologies.
- Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and business process documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Experience participating in full lifecycle ERP implementations.
