The Tŝilhqot'in National Government's mission is to support and empower Tŝilhqot'in peoples to exercise their rights to self-determination within their traditional territories in ways which reflect Tŝilhqot'in philosophy, values, experience and culture.The Climate Change Coordinator will provide administrative support to existing Tŝilhqot'in Ts'iqi Dechen Jedilhtan (Women's Council) and Climate Change initiatives within the Nation such as Where the Waters meet project. There is a possibility that the position may be extended if the successful candidate has solid proposal writing skills and is able to help find additional climate change funding.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate climate change special events, workshops, and webinars, taking notes and preparing summaries of what is shared at these eventsPreparing surveys, questionnaires, and forms for community engagement and feedback.Assist in the maintaining an organized database of gathered knowledge, tools,
