and execute menu items for in office and off-site catering eventsPlan and adapt to varying business levels and event demandsWork across multiple kitchen stations with confidence and efficiencyLead by example and support the development of junior team membersMaintain organization, cleanliness, and proper mise en placeManage inventory, receiving, and storage of food productsFollow standardized recipes and food safety protocols to ensure consistency and qualityMinimize waste and contribute to food cost controlIdentify opportunities for operational improvements and efficienciesMaintain a safe, clean, and professional kitchen environmentWhat we're looking forCulinary diploma or certificate from a recognized institutionMinimum 1 year of post-graduate experience in a fast-paced kitchenStrong organizational and multitasking skillsA positive, team-first attitude with leadership potentialPassion for food, creativity, and continuous improvementFlexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysRed Seal or Journeyman certification (asset, not required)Physical requirementsAbility to lift and transport up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)Comfortable working in hot and cold environmentsBingemans welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
