We have a full-service facility, and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an workplace of success!ResponsibilitiesAs a Midas automotive technician, you'll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance,



including:Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systemsAbility to work on custom exhaust and learn welding and building exhaust pipes.Tires and brake repairs.Car heating and air conditioning diagnosis and replacement.Steering and suspension replacementBelts and hosesRadiator and engine cooling systemsBatteries, starting and chargingSteering and suspensionBrake repairOil servicesCheck engine lightMufflers and exhaust servicesVisual safety and courtesy inspectionsQualificationsAbility to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environmentKnowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, tires & engine diagnosticsTrack record of high personal productivityKnowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilitiesExperience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and diagnostic toolsProvincial Certificate of QualificationValid driver's licenseOwn tools/equipment (some diagnostic tools preferred also)Able to service both import and domestic vehiclesMust be willing to work on Saturday
