The Sheeter Operator is responsible for setting up and monitoring the application of colour to paper in the production process, ensuring production requirements are met, and any issues are communicated effectively. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and adhere to the company policies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform quality checks and ensure continued quality during productionEffectively communicate and address all quality concernsAccurately record all production information and paperwork in an organized mannerAssist in setting up and tearing down the coater when requiredMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform other departmental duties or tasks as requiredSKILLS REQUIRED:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsTime management capabilities with the ability to multitaskSelf-starter who can work well independently and as part of a teamMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilitiesBasic computer knowledgeLifting up to 5 gallons (20kg.) of printed materialAdhere to company safety policiesEDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.No prior experience required.SHIFTS:Evenings, Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 10:45 pmNights, Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 pm to 6:45 am750 Bradford St, Winnipeg, MB R3H 0N3, Canada
