RED Mountain Resort is hiring a Service Technician for the 2026/27 Winter Season! This position is responsible for mounting, tuning, adjusting and testing rental and customer equipment, with a mandate to ensure that all equipment coming through the service shop is safe, well-tuned and adjusted in accordance with industry standards.MAJOR RESPONSBILITIESCustomer ServiceRepair, tune and wax guest equipment to their specificationsOffer advice as to safety of gear, suggest appropriate repairs, and estimate cost of such repairsEnsure guest understands what needs to/should be done to ensure on-mountain safety and comfortFill out work order forms completely and accurately, making note of actual repairs done as well as customer's invoice amountEnsure all work orders are passed on to Cashier for POS processingCreate a professional, competent, positive impression for the beginner and seasoned guest alikeMaintain a clean, orderly and safe environmentBe knowledgeable about all Red Sports rental equipment and its proper useAnswer guests' questions and concernsRental Fleet Set-up and MaintenanceMount bindings on new equipmentRepair,
