THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.RESPONSIBILITIES Of The HR AssistantHiring of Staff: placing ads, screening of candidates, setting up interviews, manage offer process, reference checks.Assist with Onboarding Procedures, welcome email, New Employee Packages, coordinate with safety officer onboarding procedure, employee handbook.Manage workplace for new employees (location, desk, phone, computer, chair, passwords, stationary, safety equipment).Create training schedules, maintain company wide Training Records.Support HR Manager with HR related duties and projects.Skills Required1 to 2 yrs.
