and collaborates across departments to ensure seamless operationsJob SpecificationsStarting Wage:$24.00/hr - $32.00/hrEmployment Type:Year RoundShift Type:Full Timehours availableMinimum Age:At least 18 years of ageHousing Availability:NoJob ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in guests and condo owners with warmth, professionalism, and efficiencyProcess check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment collectionAnswer front desk and call center phones promptly and courteouslyProvide guests with detailed information about Kindred Resort, Keystone, and surrounding areasAssist condo owners with reservations and service needsResolve guest concerns and billing discrepancies with empathy and attention to detailSupervise daily front desk operations, ensuring adherence to luxury service standardsTrain and mentor new and existing front desk agents on procedures and guest service excellenceMonitor and manage the property management system to ensure accurate guest records and service trackingCoordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments regarding room status, guest requests, and early arrivals or departuresAct as Manager on Duty when needed,
