Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships by reviewing needs, answering questions, and identifying opportunities for additional coverage or services.


• Manage customer accounts and keep all information accurate in the database.


• Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions,
  
  
  
  and service requests, ensuring smooth and timely processing.


• Proactively connect with customers regarding relevant product and service options based on their needs.


• Coordinate with underwriting and internal departments to support timely policy issuance and service continuity.


• Comfortable discussing coverage options for home and auto insurance.
