OverviewSanitation Job Description. Janitorial are responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and tidy for the Warehouse Agents. This position requires working in a fast-paced workplace with time constraints to meet arrival and departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee. "Lead by Example" concept is strongly promoted. Warehouse Agents-Janitorial must report to work on a regular and timely basis and report directly to the supervisor and/or manager on duty.Job DutiesResponsible for maintaining safety and security of the warehouse at all timesAssist in set up, cleaning and storage of equipment & warehouseResponsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of food and goods, including loading and offloadingReceive, perform temperature testing and inspection of catering deliveries from our food service providerComply with all Sky Café and airline policiesConstantly communicate with other catering personnel,



and respective airline communication centers if applicablePerforms other duties as requiredRequirementsBe at least 18 years of ageAbility to work on a permanent basis in CanadaObtain a clear criminal recordAbility to obtain necessary airport and/or Transport Canada security clearancesMust be capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 70lbs on a regular basisAbility to work within the required time parametersAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedulesMust successfully complete airline and corporate specific training programs and recertificationMust possess a current and valid forklift certification.Core CompetenciesAble to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independentlyOperate Equipment in a safe and respectful mannerAble to work well under pressure and meet set deadlinesAttention to detail in all areas of workStrong work ethic and positive team attitude
