The role requires a hands‐on individual comfortable working across products like AJO, Adobe Target, AEM, Adobe Analytics, CJA, Data Collection etc. and integrating with external systems to support personalized, multichannel marketing.Responsibilities:Assist in building and configuring solutions within Adobe Experience Platform, including:XDM schema setupData IngestionDestination activationSupport journey orchestration in AJO, including setup of push, in‐app modals, and email communicationsHelp implement personalized experiences through Adobe Target, Push, SMS using AEP‐driven audiences and profile attributesCollaborate with teams working on AEM to enable content‐driven experiences and data captureContribute to integration efforts with third‐party platforms (e.G., mobile apps, CRM, APIs)Participate in QA, testing,



and documentation of customer journeys and data flowsWork closely with marketing, data, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goalsRequired Qualifications:6+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Journey OptimizerExpertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing all major AEP services and AJO featuresUnderstand complex data models (preferable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaignsFamiliarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes & behaviors and channel‐specific personalization (push/in‐app/web/email)Solid implementation coordination and communication skills.Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, CJA, Data stream and AEM etc.Knowledge or experience with external system/API integrationsAdvocate for improvements.Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues.Seniority Level: Mid‐Senior levelEmployment type: Full‐timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Software Development
