Effective coordination and communications play an essential part in servicing patients, caregivers, and our clients. This position offers patients and healthcare providers continuous education and support with regard to the diseases and therapies they are managing.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Educate and train patients on medications in the clinics setting(s)Monitor treatments as well as chart and report on all activities as directed by Physician protocolsProvide patient education based on protocols, individually or in groupsProvide administrative support Injection training, education, administration, and any applicable tasks relative to patient care within the course of practiceRegular, predictable availability to meet appointment scheduling needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner to provide patients with quick access to necessary therapiesCoordinate daily with patients, Pharmacy, physicians, scheduling and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments, treatments, and communication of informationSustain relations with key stakeholders, Clients, Physicians and other Health Care ProfessionalsSupport and assist with the transfer, coordination and dispensing of prescriptions.Consult with physicians, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients regarding education and implementation of product specific programsAdhere to professional nursing standards as prescribed by the professional associations and the companyPerform related duties and tasks as requiredQualified registered practical nurse (valid provincial license from the College of Nurses)Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Practical NurseExperience in critical care, emergency,
