Working at the Mirrors Supportive Housing Facility, you will engage with marginalized youth to stabilize their lives. You’ll foster supportive relationships to encourage participant growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the supportive housing • Provide kitchen support and serve meals when needed • Foster professional relationships with everyone involved • Act as a first responder during crises • Teach and model essential life skills to participants
Requirements: • Minimum 1-year experience in direct support roles • Current Level 1 Occupational First Aid certificate • Completion of Naloxone and Food Safe training • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification required • Submit to a Criminal Record Check
