About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum activities for preschool children.
- Observe and document children's learning and development, identifying individual needs.
- Create a secure, hygienic, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Promote positive social interactions and emotional development among children.




- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of early years foundation stage curriculum frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and a patient demeanor.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Kimberley .
