As a vital member of the Student Services team, you will support student journeys, coordinate events, and foster engagement at Keyin College. Your hands-on approach will involve collaborating across departments to ensure students feel welcomed and connected throughout their academic lives. Using effective communication and organizational skills, you'll also explore opportunities for continuous improvement in student services.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support positive student journeys from onboarding to graduation • Coordinate key touchpoints and milestones throughout the College experience • Organize orientation, events, and engagement activities • Develop communications including newsletters and event promotions • Serve as a point of contact for student inquiries and support

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in relevant fields • Experience in student services or event coordination • Robust organizational and communication skills • Approachable and student-focused mindset • Familiarity with post-secondary environments in Newfoundland
