We are currently seeking a full-time Material Handling Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team in Richmond, B.C. This role is critical to the secure, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. Acting as the primary shipping and receiving function on site, the Material Handling Coordinator ensures raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are received, staged, shipped, and recorded accurately while supporting uninterrupted production flow.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, safety-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across production, inventory, and distribution teams.You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory control (food or regulated manufacturing environment preferred)A valid forklift certificate, considered an assetStrong commitment to workplace safety and food safety standardsExperience with RFID scan guns, barcode scanners, and ERP or warehouse management systems and Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized,
