Your work directly enables consistent production, compliance, and team success.Your impact:Electrical Systems & Installation:Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, HVAC, and plant equipmentRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specificationsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiativesDiagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, motors, drives, servos, transformers, and panelsPerform bench repairs on electrical components and instrumentsComplete preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtimeProjects, Safety & Compliance:Collaborate with engineering, mechanical, and facilities teams on site projects and validationsFollow all safety legislation, lock‐out/tag‐out procedures, SOPs, and cGMP requirementsMaintain documentation and support knowledge sharing across teamsWhat you'll bringValues that mirror ours, from the Inside Out: Ingenuity, Nimble, Supportive, Inclusive, Driven, EmpatheticElectrical trade certification (442A) or equivalent technical qualificationMinimum5 years of hands‐on experience in manufacturing or regulated environmentsExperience with PLCs, motors, drives, transformers, panels, and control systemsStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentationStrong troubleshooting skills and a safety‐first mindsetExperience within a pharmaceutical,
