Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage creativity and self-esteem in child development
• Mentor children in independent and motivated learning
• Collaborate on weekly lesson plans with teaching teams




• Ensure classroom safety and foster respectful interactions
• Regularly communicate child progress and challenges
Requirements:
• Minimum one-year experience with children, six months must be in Canada
• Early Childhood Certification (ECE Level 1, 2 or 3)
• First Aid Certification (may be obtained after hire)
• Reggio-inspired or Montessori background is advantageous
