In this role, you will support the Ontario Regional Exploration Team in planning and managing geological programs. Reporting directly to the Exploration General Supervisor, you will adapt to evolving field conditions while driving performance and safety standards. Your work will include mentoring and integrating data for operational success.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and oversee exploration drilling and geophysical activities • Guide field teams and ensure program efficiency • Develop geological data interpretations and models • Prepare internal reports and project updates • Uphold quality assurance practices during exploration
Requirements: • Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering • Minimum 7 years of relevant exploration experience • Professional registration as P.Geo. • Expertise in managing exploration drilling • Familiarity with GIS and analytical tools
