About the job IT Technician (Contractual)

Main responsibilities :

• Perform technical interventions on the road;
• Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customers premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.)
• Communication with customers;
• Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls;
• Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls;
• Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies;
• Inventory management.
