Work from Monday to Friday, 11:30am-8pm ET, while providing first-tier troubleshooting for over 300 locations nationwide. This position offers a full-time prospect to join the IT Operations Team at EMCO. As a Bilingual IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for remote hardware and software provisioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations for end-users.
