Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and remove garbage and recycling bins
• Operate equipment for daily operational needs
• Assist in moving furniture and cleaning maintenance areas




• Organize maintenance shop spaces effectively
• Perform snow removal and machinery relocation tasks
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience operating machinery
• Valid Driver’s License is necessary
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
