CHIMO Youth Retreat Centre is currently seeking a full-time Solo with Supports Youth Coordinator for the SWS program to support teens transitioning to adulthood within mentor homes or the Chimo 5 Transition Home.The role focuses on hands-on case management, safety and service planning, collaboration with families, service professionals, and community partners, and reporting on progress, with a robust emphasis on care, compassion, and teamwork.
