What You'll Do As a Monitoring Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers by responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds, and coordinating with emergency services. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, follow established procedures, and help deliver peace of mind when it matters most.
